The old world meets the new world with our Celery Gin. Generations of Rutte distilling methods, along with some of our new recipes, come together to create this signature flavor. Throughout our history, we have been making many forms of genevers and gins, but from the beginning we were using celery leaf. Our founder and his sons experimented with unique botanicals, herbs and spices and we are glad they did, because it is with that same passion that we craft this spirit.

2 dash hot sauce
2 pinch celery salt
1 pinch black pepper
1 pinch chili powder
salt to taste
Combine all non-alcoholic ingredients for a single cocktail or multiply ingredients by number of desired servings for a pre-mix batch.
Add 2 parts Rutte Celery Gin to each serving, then top with the mix.
